El joined The Soho Agency’s Digital Department in 2025, working alongside Carina Rizvi, Head of Digital, and across the agency’s eclectic digital list.

Having specialised in African Literature at the University of Leeds, El moved to Barcelona for two years to work as an International Rights Agent, where she focused on championing diverse voices. She later returned to London and spent three years representing clients in television.

Outside of work, El is always on the lookout for the next gig to attend – whether that’s live music or comedy – and spends her time painting, reading, or exploring East London.
