TJ Wilson
Senior Assistant

After a six-year career as an Actor-Musician, TJ decided to leave the stage and trade in voices for invoices, joining The Soho Agency as assistant to Helen Mumby in 2023. Helen’s client list includes an array of award-winning writers, directors, designers (set, costume, lighting, video, and sound), choreographers, movement directors, composers, musical directors, and librettists.

TJ is drawn to exceptional talent who prioritise kindness and collaboration. Her all-time favourite theatre productions include LOVE (National Theatre), Amelie (Watermill/West End), My Neighbour Totoro (Barbican/RSC), Assata Taught Me (Gate Theatre), and Operation Mincemeat (Southwark Playhouse/West End). When it comes to TV, she loves getting stuck into a meaty crime drama like Karen Pirie (ITV) or Blue Lights (BBC), indulging in a sexy socio-political series like White Lotus (HBO) or getting cosy and binge-watching a box set such as the infamous Emily in Paris (Netflix). She’s also a huge fan of Stacey Solomon’s Sort Your Life Out (BBC), which provides celestial levels of organisational inspiration.

When she’s not in the office, TJ can be found cheering on her favourite tennis players, getting crafty by embroidering cute stuff onto second hand clothes, or torturing herself by looking at the many cats she wants to adopt on the Battersea (Cats and Dogs) website.
