Suki Finn

Suki Finn is a Doctor of Philosophy and lecturer at the Royal Holloway University of London. Highly respected in her field, she is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, is on the Executive Committee for the Society for Women in Philosophy UK and is a Union committee member for RHUL UCU.

Suki specialisms span metametaphysics, applied philosophy of pregnancy, and the epistemology of logic, and she writes widely on these topics for magazines and academic publications. She is the editor of the book Women of Ideas (OUP), based on interviews with women from Philosophy Bites, and is the commissioning editor for The Philosophers’ Magazine. Her upcoming book, What’s in a Doughnut Hole?, provides philosophical food for thought on the topic of ‘nothing’. 

Suki is also a talented and completely unique musician signed with Universal Music. Introduced to music through the violin and piano, she now writes ambient electronic music with a handpan under the name Masukii. In the future, she hopes to start a music charity focused on sound healing for the vulnerable.
