Willie Harcourt-Cooze

 Willie Harcourt-Cooze, the star of the Channel 4 series Willie's Wonky Chocolate Factory, grew up on a windswept island off the west coast of Ireland where a childhood spent making cheese, smoking fish and pickling fruit inspired his enduring passion for food and adventure.  He has devoted the last fourteen years of his life to producing his 100% cacao bars including his now renowned Venezuelan Black which is harvested from El Tesoro, his hacienda in the beautiful Venezuelan cloud forest.  Willie lives in Devon, where his chocolate factory is based.  His latest book Willie's Chocolate Bible is published by Hodder.
