Costas Andriopoulos

Costas Andriopolous is an award-winning Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Bayes Business School, specialising in how organisational paradoxes enable innovation in the face of changing technological environments. Prior to this, he held posts at the most prestigious business schools around the world, including Brunel and Cardiff, and has been a visiting professor at Said Business School (University of Oxford), Indian Institute of Management (Ahmedabad), Grenoble Ecole de Management, International Hellenic University, and ALBA Graduate Business School.

An expert speaker, he has taught executive and senior leadership teams how to manage organizational change and innovation, high-performing teams, entrepreneurial/design thinking, strategic paradoxes, and breakthrough innovation. In his teaching, he systematically intertwines theory and practical application. His research has been published in numerous leading academic journals such as Organization Science and European Journal of Marketing, and he is the co-author of Managing Change, Creativity, and Innovation, a staple textbook across business courses. Currently, he is working on a book about corporate curiosity.
