Cynthia Shanmugalingam’s Saturday Morning Kitchen Debut!

This weekend, Cynthia Shanmugalingam had her Saturday Morning Kitchen debut, joined by Brynn Williams and Anne-Marie.

In this episode, Cynthia prepared a tamarind prawn curry with coconut sambal – a dish traditionally eaten for breakfast in Sri Lanka. Whipping the dish up in an impressive eight minutes, Cynthia also spoke about her cookbook RAMBUTAN, the winner of Fortnum and Mason’s Debut Cookery Book of the Year 2023.
