The longlists for the 2022 Yoto Carnegie Greenaway Awards were announced on the 16th February. Among the list, we are delighted to see our very own Emily Gravett, who has been nominated for her book Too Much Stuff – a vibrant, rhyming tale of two magpies and their warning about the perils of over-consumption.

The UK’s longest running awards for children and young people, there were 33 books selected in total, 15 of which were for the Yoto Kate Greenaway medal for outstanding illustrated books. Emily is a two-time previous winner of the award: once in 2005 for her book Wolves, and once in 2008 for Little Mouse’s Big Book Of Fears.
