Kate Mosse Awarded CBE in New Year Honours List

We are thrilled that Kate Mosse has been awarded a CBE in the New Year Honours List for services to literature, to women and to charity.

It celebrates her dazzling array of achievements as the internationally bestselling author of the Languedoc Trilogy and Joubert Family Chronicles, on stage, screen and as co-founder of the Women’s Prize for Fiction. Now one of the most significant literary awards in the world, it includes Barbara Kingsolver, Maggie O’Farrell and Zadie Smith amongst its winners, and will shortly be joined by the Women’s Prize for Non-fiction.

Congratulations Kate on yet another fantastic achievement.
