Amy Mason is an award-winning playwright and performer, currently living in Bristol. Her autobiographical show THE ISLANDERS, which she wrote and performed in, and which was staged at Bristol Old Vic, won the 2013 Ideas Tap/Underbelly Edinburgh Fringe Fund, received 5 star reviews, and was lauded as a 'must see' show in The Stage. Amy also writes for television, and her writing puts outsider women at the center of her stories, primarily for broad-YA audiences.

Amy is also an award-winning novelist and stand-up comedian.
