He has also successfully launched Bayes X (Research Centre for Innovation and Disruption), one of the leading scholarly centres focusing on disruptive innovation.

As the Director of Avyssos Advisors Ltd., a consultancy specializing in innovation management, Costas plays a pivotal role in guiding business leaders and founders. In his keynote speeches and consulting work, Costas underscores the vital connection between curiosity and innovation, highlighting how this relationship is pivotal in driving organizational progress and personal growth. He explores how curiosity serves as the spark for innovative thinking, prompting leaders and teams to challenge existing paradigms and venture beyond familiar territories. This mindset is crucial for uncovering unique solutions and pioneering advancements.

His first commercial book, Purposeful Curiosity (Yellow Kite 2022), offers a masterclass in the power of purposeful curiosity to succeed and lead a fulfilled life. At the London Book Fair 2023, he was invited to speak on the subject. 'This book is dotted with 'Try This' tips and takeaways and full of practical advice. An engaging, readable life manual.' • Within two minutes of talking with Costas, he knew more about me than some of my own colleagues do. His event with Fora was brilliant – and really got me thinking about how I interact with people and not shying away from being inquisitive. A session that has left a lasting impression on myself and all those who attended.
